What is Energy Medicine?
Healing the body, mind, and spirit through energy is an ancient art having its roots in Egypt, Babylon, Greece, Jerusalem, and the Orient. Practitioners have used energy to heal since the dawn of time.
Everything in the universe is energy
Physicists agree that nothing is solid, not the chair you are sitting on or the desk in front of you. The human body appears to be solid but if we magnify our cells down to the atom we see that we are made of vibrating fields or small particles of light, information, and resonance.
When we experience an imbalance in our lives (whether physical, mental, or emotional), at its core is an energetic pattern that holds a particular vibration and frequency, which on a quantum level is information that can be changed . . . allowing for a different outcome.
We think of our reality as fixed but in actuality things are vibrating and moving and are in a constant state of "potential."
There are many forms of energy medicine and a plethora of healing modalities but it was Matrix Energetics that I was most drawn to.
